swap 305 for 350?

I have a 91 classic with the 305. Will my tranny and drivetrain handle the extra torque and horsepower of a 5.7? If so, what if I start adding even more power, how much will the car handle? Thanks! - Dust

I'm not sure if this is the case for your '91, but I ran into this with TH350s in '70s cars. If it is, your tranny will eventually start slipping. Be prepared. Once you upgrade one component, others usually follow suit. Your radiator will probably be next...
