I'm wanting to find information on any 1/24th or 1/25th Volvo 200 series models, either resin or plastic or even die cast. I've been searching for a resin 262 Bertone for years and cannot find one.

Anyone able to help me in my little crisis?

JPS, a company who makes 1/43 resin kits, did make a Volvo 240/262 2 doors rally version. Try to do a search on google.com.

Thanks for that one man, they seem to be mainly focused on remote control parts though.

There has been some promotional models of 200-series, you can find more info at http://www.fintoys.com/ -> Promo cars.

There was some discussion about the manufacturer and the models a while back here at Car modeling forum, search for Saab models and you should find the thread.
