Finally a race

ok dudes, this is only my second race ever,
my car is a civic LX sedan, aut, stock, i pull up next to this guy who was drivin a older altima, ugly ones, mid 90's prolly, we're at a stoplight, i rev, lol in my auto, and he nods, light goes green, we floor it, i get the jump, he pulls about half a car, maybe more, then stops pulling at around maybe 40 (wasn't looking), then i start pullin and pass him up, at the end i was only doin like 60 - 70. a friend tells me i won, i was just wonderin what you guys thought.

you think he quit that early?

depends on what the speed limit is on the road you were on. I almost never speed on public roads, but will race someone too the speed limit. Sounds stupid, but call me paranoid. Maybe he was doing the same thing.

Sure, you did win...cause he let ya. Those mid 90's ultima have more horsepower than yours man. Like around 150 hp. He would've wasted you, but I guess he didn't think you were worth his gas.

Well not to be a dick but you might as well go ahead and speed because if you 'race' to the speed limit you can still get a ticket
