What up everone,my name is Michael and im pretty new to all this custom/race stuff and dont know anyone at all. Everything i've done to my car i've done myself so it would be cool to meet new folks. but anywayz Anyone know where i can get Info/Number/Web site on what the law is about neons and exhuast loudness....? Im from Independence, Mo. and I just got pulled over tonight for having a neon blue license place off of 24hwy. thanks
