Honestly cops suck ballz. they think they are big and badass because hey have a bean bag shotgun and a pistol that half of em are incapable of using correctly. Tell me whats correct about a cop emptying his clipinto a man holding a knife to his own throat that has a fence inbetwen him and the cop. there all on power trips. how are they going pull over something they cant even keep up with.

Unless you're driving something as fast as my camaro Z28 or a corvette Z06 then they'll catch you without problems. Also, those police spec camaro's will catch up to pretty much any car. Plus, don't forget, no matter how fast your car is it can't outrun a helicopter.

Dude, they do have power trips, some at least. No racing involved, just showing off and there were 2 UCs that pulled over like 20 cars for somehting like the hint of exhuast or a turbo and held them there, but they still let anyone chillin', showin' off their cars stay and be peace. The other weekend though some patrol car was sitting amongst us when we pulled up and about 10 min later a guy came telling all in general that the cop was threatening to give out trespassing tickets. My dad even said it was BS since it was public property (parking lot)

some of them are bad, but for the most part, they are good, my uncle is a cop and yeah there are some corrupt ones in the force, but other than that if your house is getting robbed, someone gets shot who would you turn too?, I do agree that some cops suck balls,and some of them need better traning to become one

yah im just saying that its bullshit that the oinkers are running around knocking around the rice burners. no shit... the other day I saw a Z28 and s2k with bodykit and mufflers and all the visual shiat and they were about to go at it and the cop was 2 cars back and yelled over his microphone " would the retard in the white car (the s2k) pullover to the side of the road. That was bull shit. the s2k wasn't even that loud. as a matter of fact the Z28 was louder.

you might be able to out run the popo but you cant outrun the motorolla....

police in my hometown suck, they have major power trip and have gotten in alot of trouble for it. They have been pulling over everyone kid in the town and doing drug searches...personally i think that sux and is not fare...but who knows. Oh another thing...they tailgate you until you speed up than they give you ticket for speeding. (I got one and judge said i shouldnt speed... t.y. cpt. obvious.) but yes, i will agree that not all cops are bad.

I take no prejudice to brake-checking a cop. IF they rearend you, they're super fucked.

i almost got a $450 ticket for doing that...state troopers suck dick horribly

cops are good until they hand out chicken ass tickets....that's why i really don't like them

I thin you're getting corruption and abuse of power confused here. They are not interchangable terms.

One of the difficulites with policing in the US is that there is no standardisation. Take NYPD or LASO, for example. They have great training programmes and are professional and do a good job. Then you get the guy who got handed the badge by the Sherrif one day. Theres a big differance.

I've done it a couple times, and goten pulled over. both times i told the cops "listen. give me the ticket if you want. I'll just see you in court with a lawyer. I don't care if you didn't see that dog running across the raod, because I did, and you damn near hit me, which is automatically YOUR fault, no if's and's or but's." They usually weren't happy, but let me off with a warning. Dicks.

Actaully reminds me of a freind of mine that brake checked a cop and actaully DID get nailed. Sued the station for the price of fixing his car, and then some. Sure he got harassed all the time by the cops, until he brought them to court for needlessly harassing him. Now they can't touch him. It's great.

I hate it when a cop gets up your ass with his high beams on and waits for you to swerve or something. It's usually the younger cops who have the 'high and mighty' attitude. The older ones tend to remember what it's like to be human...
