fender removal

i was driving along the highway, and a car near me hit a rock and it flew and hit my fender. it really pisses me off cuz its a brand new fender which was replaced in my recent car accident. anyways, i don't care about the scratches because they're gonna repaint my whole car anyways since the body shop did a shitty job matching the paint the first time around, and if i can get the dent out myself, nobody will ever know the difference.

so heres my question...is it hard to remove the driver's side front fender on a 1997 lude?? and are there instructions somewhere on how to do it?

Re: fender removal

you'll never get a dent out perfectly by trying to push it out, or beating it out. to get a dent repaired, they actually drill it, pull it, and mud it (kinda). anyhow, you can call a dent wizard or whatever they call'em out there, and they'll come right to you're house and do it. prolly be cheap since it don't need painted. anyhow, sorry bout you're luck. makes you feel any better, my windshield had the same doom.

yeah, I've had a dent master(that's what they call them here) work on my car before. He has a pickup full of spikey tools, suction cups, and mirrors to get the dent out just right.

if it's a small dent they usually only charge $25.
