MEVI and the Gen 4

I found a MEVI kit from Courtesy Nissan for $379, strangely enough where I bought my car. Anyway, I saw the diagram of parts and it's a lot more envolved than I hoped/thought. Also, they made it clear that not all the parts where included in the Kit, just the Nissan parts.

1) What else is required? Where do you get it?
2) Who can install this since Courtesy had made it clear that they don't?
3) How to get the low end power back once this is installed?

Gentlemen, start your braincells!

Thanks man. Yeah this aint for the faint of heart. Reading the site make me dizzy. I am glad you can get the Variable intake cheaper than listed on this site. I also like the way the cover fits on the engine like it's stock hardware. Man, with a MEVI and a Cattback, get all the respect with only about a grand spent.
