Another JDM emissions question

I have a serious question, and I need anwsers fast. My 94 prelude is at a shop right now having my weak f22 motor swaped out in favor of a JDM h22a. I live in Washington (the state) and all I've read about is how horrible Cali is when it comes to emissions. Does anyone know about the regulations here? I have to go through emissions this month ( why didn't I wait, i'm an idiot) The engine is stock and I'm having all the emissions parts installed on the new engine, will it pass? In the past the emissions people have only stuck a hose in my exhaust pipe when I've had the car tested; do they do visual inspections here? If so, what parts are a JDM give away? I worried about emissions, and the last thing I want to do is to spend hundreds more later, if there is something I can do know. God, I guess i'm a dumbass for not researching this earlier, duh
