99 3.0 V6 vulcan stalls at red light

Has stalled a couple of times at power (60 to 70mph) but mostly approching a red light, basicaly decelerating with the heat on. Any corralation with the heat being on? When I select any heat, there is a big drop in RPM. It always restarts. Any sugestions
