EXT rims on Z71

do I have to make any mods (computer or vss) to put these stock caddy wheels on my twuk

That all depends on which truck we are looking at. What is the make, model, and year of both vehicles we are looking at here?

I have a 96 z71 with stock wheels and want to put escalade rims on (17" with stock size tire, 265/70/17?)
