Where could I get a diagnostic chart for my '99 Windstar 3.8L? I haven't been able to get a repair manual from my local auto supply. Any suggestions?

Are you talking about the diagnostic charts for a specific error code or a more general diagnostic chart by symptom? For either you can get a subscription to ALLDATA.COM for $24.95 a year, well worth it.
