Need Help!!!

I changed my lifters in my 1993 Mustang 5.0, and had to pull the distributor completly out and di dnot mark it. When I tried to start my car I guess I had to biold compression up in the engine. (I have never worked on any engine before.) Well, now all my car is doing is turning over but not starting. What do I need to do???

This is easy to fix.
Pull the distributor out. Remove the spark plug on the #1 cylinder. This is the cylinder that is closest to the front of the engine. On a 302, its the first one on the passenger side, I think.
Turn the engine over by hand. Using a socket and wrench on the front of the crankshaft will do. Feel the #1 piston coming up on the compression stroke, when the air inside the cyl blows out the plug hole. Rotate it until the piston gets to the top.
Take the cap off the distributor and install the distributor in the engine so the rotor points to there the #1 spark plug wire would be, if the cap is put on. Then reinstall the cap, plug wires etc.
This will bring your timing close enough so the engine will start.
Then use a timing light to retime the engine accurately.
