350 bellhousing bolt patterns
is the bolt pattern for chevy 350 changed any over time? Would a bellhousing from a manual tranmission from a 1990's pick-up (fuel injected) bolt up to an older model (pre 1987 carburated)? any information would be helpful. thanks

Re: 350 bellhousing bolt patterns
the bolt pattern should be exactly the same for all chevy small& big blocks as far as i know the only thing thats different is the patern for the starter bolts. and flywheel size. the only thing you might want to look at in the pilot bearing. i think the 90's used needle bearings while 87 had a brass bushing i don't know if they're the same size but they probably are. i don't know if your crossmember will bolt up to the new tranny.
