fuel filter or TCC?

I purchased a '94 cavalier for my daughter. The day I bought it, it stalled twice but started and ran fine after a few minutes. I had it put on a lift and inspected, the fuel filter was leaking. Replaced the filter and so far so good, it hasn't stalled. I hear about the TCC causing the same problem, do both the fuel filter and TCC bring about the same symptoms? Also, it seemed it would happen after coming to a stop off of an incline and the car would shake before stalling.

Leaking Fuel Filter means loss of Fuel pressure.... Loss of fuel pressure means stalling. if you replaced the fuel filter and every thing is fine now i wouldnt worry about the TCC unless the problem starts up again.
