Which Pontiac stock CD's fit 94 Grand Am
I have access to a couple of different Pontiac stock CD players that fit Grand Prix from 96 to 2000. Do any of you know if the Grand Am can accept these units or if the Grand Am unit is unique to the Grand Am? If it is unique, is the 94 Grand Am unique to itself or are there a few different years that will fit?

As far as I know any 1.5DIN radio will work .. heck you can even use a chevy radio if you want to the only thing you need to look for is the proper matching connector I believe it to be the 20 pin.... cheers...

They are pretty much the same for Pontiac, except for the Monsoon Radio which is still the same radio just different speaker placement,a bezel that says monsoon and an amplifier. Chevrolet on the other hand tend to complicate things. They have 3 or 4 different shades of faceplates which makes it difficult sometimes.

Thanks. BTW, someone just told me that the 1994 Grand Am radio has mounting brackets on top while others have the mounting brackets on the side. Do you know if this is true?
