1993 grand cherokee limited, help!

Have had security alarm problems more than a year. Engages and will not dis-engage. Just changed water pump and when re-connected battery alarm auto on and we could not dis-engage again. Took out dash and took out black alarm box but still won't start. Only runs for few seconds and security shuts it off. Is there a way to reset the computer or another problem we missed trying to totally unhook the security system. Need help fast. Tried for 2 hours to get truck running again. Thanks

usually when you disconnect the battery you have to unlock the door with the key or unlock with the remote.taking out the security module guarantees it wont run.the pcm needs to see a signal that the vtss is disarmed or it cuts the fuel off.if you take the module out,that will never happen
