1990 trofeo will not start
I have a 1990 trofeo that will not start. When I try to start it the fan on the alternator turn a little. Could this be the Starter or is the alternator locked up or is my engine gone. Please help

I took the alternator belt off. good news my engine is not gone. Bad new the air conditioner is. Is there a way to by pass the air conditioner. thanks
