Poor guy, This was in NYC he got pulled over for his exhaust and than got this

word,

i think it says "view obstruction rearward with tall tail on trunk". i think it's for his spoiler being too tall, but that doesn't make sense cuz1) you don't(legally) need to be able to see out of your rear window if you have two functioning side mirrors. and 2) it's probably for the stock spoiler

if i'm right, that cops a freakin' idiot.

It looks like he wrote "whale tail" wich I think would be really funny.

Why is it that cops never have decent handwriting? I've had alot of tickets in my day, and not once have they been very legible at all...
