Question Getting rid of all emissions controls

I am getting rid of my emissions controls one by one, because I am having idle problems and weird shift patterns. The truck keeps running better and better when I do this so I want to eliminate all the emissions. Is there anything I need to look out for? If I can't eliminate everything then I am just going to carbeurate my 350 and call it good. I want performance and don't care about emissions so any help or advice would be appreciated.

Re: Getting rid of all emissions controls

I'm interested in this also. My old truck has all that stuff plugged or removed anyway! I have a 1981 Scottsdale Stepside with 350 also.
