Question Have ?'s about lowering on coilovers

I am interested in dropping my 94 Accord Sedan. It is still my moms car and have to do everything with permission, at least till she gets a new car anyway. But I need the ride to be as close as possible to what it is now. I have 18's wit 40 series tires on right now. But my ride is still good I feel bumps but nothin major.

I am willing to spend alot. I have about 850 right now. But I will be getting more. I have been considering the APEXi WS dampers. I know a little about them...just that it is 0-4 inch. I have heard different things about the ride. I just want a nice ride... and i know the best way to have that is true coilovers.
Ill make it easier to reply buy numbering my ?'s, i know i am gonna sound like a dumbass, but o well i wanna learn.

#1 Anything else you can tell me about them? Quality, warrenty etc..

#2 How much can I expect to pay for coilovers (APEXi WS dampers)?

#3 Camber kit?

#4 Alignment?

I want to lower it about 2 inches...what ever is right above the tire.

#5 (Also does anybody no how far you go when you have to go sideways on speed bumps? I don't wanna mess wit that.)

#6 If that is about a 1000... How much more is installation? I have no clue how to do this. About as advanced i am is, I installed my Short ram intake.

#7 What kind of places do this? (Kauffman, Butler?) And how much???

This is gonna cost alot, o well thats what you pay for quality. O yea and about how much are Teins and Tokicos and what are those advantages? I donn't race BTW. only 0-60 at lights and stuff. No real hard cornering.

Thanks again.

Thanks alot for all your help.
