Yes! I knwo a little about this car.
Once in a thread far far away, there were shots of many hyper exoctis (Eb 110 SS, Betley EX Speed 8, Porsche 996 GT1) and such outside the Ritz Paris I believe, thsi car was there. I know it has a sticker on the rear windscreen that says either " _______ College" or University of ____" I forget what the actual facility was, but it's a white sticker of some US institution. as far as I knwo the black air intake was just used to feed some extra air, but I heard that a long time ago and hardly can remember. It is street legal though. The car looks simply spectacular.

from what i remember people on supercars.net saying is that it isn't THAT modified. i'll look into it a bit more tonight.
i'll scan the top gear koenig f50 article for you when i get home

is just looks like a modified F50 with a modified spoiler and they put a air intake on the roof.
