25 psi???
First i blew my 20G a few weeks ago so i put stock turbo back on. Now the problem is that my boost gauge is reading 25PSI (no i have never owned a boost controler of any sort) Another thing is its holding this boost over 6000RPM. I did not think the turbo could even do this? Does any one know how or why this is happening.

The WG must be stuck closed. It has nothing to do with the lack of an MBC. Remeber that running no MBC will give you spring pressure (typically 10 psi or so on mistu internally gated turbos, 14 on most externals) as long as the vac line is at elast hooked up...
