My suggestion to you and to any other 99+ Chevrolet GMC truck owners is to buy the Haynes Repair Manual. It is an absolute must have for anyone who does their own maintenance. This book gives in full detail and pictures a full breakdown of the entire truck, from the motor to the interior. It shows where every little screw and bolt is. This thing has helped me out so much, its a definate good investment for a cheap price. I'm including a link to show you what the cover looks like. Check out one of your local stores, such as autozone. They may have it in stock, but I would say to anyone get it. It will make any job easier.
