2002 Beetle Headlights!!

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to change the headlights and foglights? I found the little handles and the button that goes in and then the handles can be moved up about 1/2 inch, but then nothing else happens! I live 150 miles from the nearest dealer, and no man in town has been able to figure it out! Thanks in advance!!

Your owner's manual should have detailed pictures of how to do it.

I have a Bently repair manual and it gave some instructions in changing the front headlights. I will need an email address to send pictures of procedure in manual as I don't know how to do it in this reply. By the way, it does not look like a easy process. I got a 2001. Once you move the little handle, which I found it hard, as
far as it will go, then push or pull, whichever is easier, the whole black cylinder out from the car and that should do it. Don't know about foglights yet. Good Luck!
