How is the rear wheel drive in the snow.

I have an chance to pick up a 96 estate wagon. I have a 91 Park Ave now with front wheel drive....Big difference????

I can't speak for everybody, but every wagon I have driven works great in snow and ice. Must be the extra weight over the rear wheels.

Re: How is the rear wheel drive in the snow.

I have had rear drive vans and weight over the rear wheels and good snow tires does the trick. Thanks for reply. Anybody have a mileage guesstimate on the BIG v-8 TL1

My roadmaster is good in the snow granted you're running a good set of snow tires and have some weight in the trunk. Throttle control is the basic essential key to driving a rwd car in the snow.
