Smile intro from a newbie

Hello from Austin, TX.
I found this forum useful and hope that I can do the same for someone else.
I own a Ford F150, an Explorer and a new Mustang. No, I'm not a Ford fanatic, this just happened. I have had just about one of every make, foreign and domestic, although I drive them into the ground.
My father was in the car business from back in the 20's and he taught me to work on them. I was building engines at 12 and have always fixed my own. I have an Engineering degree from S. Carolina and an MSEE from Ga Tech. That has been helpful with the new engine contoller systems!
Oh, I also have a John Deere tractor to add to my "automotive" diversity and problems.
