vin n 3.3?? for achieva scx

Does anyone know where i can find a vin n 3.3 engine, i am looking to put that in my achieva scx because the w41 engine died if so is there any special adjustments id have to make, or any modifications. also i was wondering if it is possible to either keep my 5-speed tranny or find another 5-speed tranny that will fit the 3.3?
