Thumbs up Peugeot 306 !

Why didn't Peugeot do a "new 306" ? They did the 307, family but not as sporty ! Don't you regret the 306 S16 (GTi in some countries) with 170hp and excellent performances. The handling of the 307 is still excellent (as the 306) but we're waiting for more powerfull engines ! Looking for the RC 180 hp !

A pic of the 306 S16 :

Yeah I suppose. The 306 had great handling. Hopefully they'll introduce a more powerful version soon. Won't the CC have a 180 bhp engine?

The 307 CC will be introduced with the 2.0 138 hp and the new 2.0 RC 180 hp. This engine will also be avaiable on the classic 307 (3 doors, maybe 5 doors and why not the SW !). We'll see !

Re: Peugeot 306 !

Immy : welcome ! do you have some pics of your 306 ??

The photo I posted below is the 306 lifted with the 2.0 167hp and the 6 gears box. But in France, her name was S16 too, before and after the restyling
(as the 206 called Gti on some markets and S16 here. )
