question aboput intake manifold

i have a 2000 honda civic lx what will a high flow intake manifold do for me and if i add this what else is needed for it to work properly and will this mess up my air/ fuel ratio at all. I am new to this so tel;l me as much as you can.

the enigine and exhaust mods. i already have
short ram intake
headers
cat back system

on a more or less stock engine the intake manifold won't do much for ya.

yup, the gains are proportional on how much youve done to your engine. a highly boosted car could see gains around 15 hp.

mmmm pretty much. The only times a new one is needed is when you have loads of mods (either turbo/super like the other guys said, or a high pro all motor) or if you crack the welds on the intake
