Is there a way to turn off the Daytime Runing Lights?

Locate the DRL relay (between gas pedal and stereo on mine), cut the wire to pin #2. You can add a switch in this wire if you want to turn them on and off.

yes there is a way, dont cut the wires! under the hood
in the fuse box, pull the fuse marked DRL-"daytime running lights" it should be a 7.5, let me know if this helped you. It disabled mine on a 99 tacoma. |
