Starting problem - loud screech

My 2002 Trailblazer has been making this loud screeching noise after the starter has been engaged and the truck starts. It only makes this noise for a second or two and has been occuring intermittently over the past few weeks. However, it is now starting to heppen more frequently (almost on every start).

The sound is alomst like the starter is staying engaged a little too long after it the trailblazer starts. It is almost exactly like what you would hear if you were to turn the key after a car had been already started. I know the trailblazer has been designed to prevent this, but I am not sure exactly what is going on.

I talked to two different dealers about this and I made an apt to bring it in. The dealer did seem concerned about this has neither had a previous experience with this issue. They indicated that it may be the starter, the starter arm (?), or the flywheel.

Has anyone else experinced this or have any insight as to what may be the issue?
