Centrist
Centrists favor selective government intervention and emphasize practical solutions to current problems. They tend to keep an open mind on new issues. Many centrists feel that government serves as a check on excessive liberty.

While the test is short, I think the questions are pretty indicative of where one sits.

Libertarian is hardly 'hippy' oriented. Most libertarians say if you can't make it on your own, tough shit. Most hippies will say, take money from someone else and give it to them.

Left-Liberal

Left-Liberals prefer self-government in personal matters and central decision-making on economics. They want government to serve the disadvantaged in the name of fairness. Leftists tolerate social diversity, but work for economic equality...

(Hmmmm... I don't think so - definitely place myself in Libertarian to Centrist!)

this quiz is terrible. Although it did get the fact right that I'm a liberal, the quiz is quite biased towards that left side. The questions are indictive of a liberal answer.
