intake sensor question?

my intake got stolen and they cut the wire that runs into the intake sensor that in turn runs into the intake. so my question is..........can i drive the car with just an intake on there and without that sensor holked up. i just have to get my car home, which is about 150 miles.

ur engine check light will be on but u should be ok driving it home i say that becuz i left my sensor off when i put my intake on initially by accident.. it didnt cause ne problems...

you'll be fine...I thought you have a 5th gen civic 4dr? only cars with obd2 came with the temp sonsor inserted into the intake pipe

thanx for the info. but pvang......you must have me mitaken with someone else. i was 98civicex on here before the change over and could not get my name back so i created this one. maybe that person had this name before. sorry :alien:
