go with Superchip. They kick ass. My bro has one for his 01 5.2 along with a kandn fitercharger system and flowmasters. It made a hell of a difference. Depending upon the year of your truck it may be a chip or a computer type thing that you plug into the port underneath your dash.

I have a friend that uses it and it did wonders !! you can change shift speeds, set it for what size tires you are using and many more options !! see what u think !! Tom
