Engine Swap Question...is It Legal?
I know it is illegal to put a older engine on a newer car.
ex: 99 civic with 98 GSR is illegal. I was wondering if this applies to JDM engines?

no one is going to really bust your balls for that. just make sure it will pass the emissions test...and being its a 98...i see no reason why it shouldn't
