Camaro vs. 300ZX.... to race or not to race?

I have a 96 Camaro V6 automatic. My mods are cold air intake, TB spacer, exhaust, and performance plugs. My friend has a 93 300ZX its a 3.0 liter V6 and its not the twin turbo. His is a 5 speed and his only modification is exhaust. I have rode in it and its pretty dang quick. That thing has some crazy gears cuz at 70mph in 5th its turning over 3000 rpm. Who do you guys think would win the race?

i think the fraze is decimate, sorry man, that car will eat you alive. your car is heavier, dosnt have alot of power (not sure exactly what the 300ZX is rated at) those 300Z cars are damn quick, i would think twice about racing one in my 89 Z28. if you wanna race him for fun, rock on man, but for money, you might as well go buy him lunch.

I think, don't quote me, that the n/a 300 zx that year had 222 hp... I think he'd have you, but won't know if you don't run him!

run him for fun just to find out, i mean if he's reving 3000rpm in 5th at 70 then u'll most likely have a higher top end speed, but top end racing isn't smart, at least i wouldn't recommend it. running for fun is always the best thing to do, and its what i always do.
