Question aftermarket brand

hey people what's up!!! I'm new to this forum, and since most of the poeple here (except random flamers) seem to be fairly knowledgeable about what they pick and chose to say I was wondering if I could get some imput on what manufacturer brands you prefer to use on your cars... I'm a bit partial to Dinan but I'm trying to be open minded here and see what else is out there...

thanks!!

Re: aftermarket brand

Dinan has quality parts but I'm not much for their style, they aim towards OEM buyers and business men who still appreciate performance, in a very subtle/elegant way.

I'm more for the mean/modern advanced styling featured by Hamann and AC Schnitzer. Racing Dynamics is also pretty hot.

Out of all the companies mentioned above, I'd go for Hamann if you are looking for body styling/rims. If you are looking for performance, I'd go for Active Autowerke.

Re: aftermarket brand

I haven't made many mods to my car, but if you're looking for value, performance, & looksI'd go with active autowerke (for exhaust), ECIS for CAI, & some AC Schniter body kit(s).

Currently I only have an active autowerke exhaust, I'm planning on getting an ECIS pretty soon though.

For simplet bolt on items, i'm a fan of a/c schnitzer...for serious projects, like strange conversions and turbo systems...I'd go to here.
