2000 Pathfinder lift ideas
Hey,
Anyone out there know of a good aftermarket (affordable) solution to my pathfinders ground clearance? I have been looking at air suspension systems but am thinking that maybe all I need is a subtle lift kit to take it up a notch. I have a 2000 Pathfinder se 4x4. Its a great vehicle, but it seems to be much lower than it should be for a 4x4. I don't want to hickafy it, but I do want to get the most out of it's 4x4 potential without sacrificing it's ride on the highway. Right now the clerance from the ground to the underside of the step bar is around 11 and 1/2 inches, the clearance from the ground to the top of the wheel well is around 31 inches. I'm about to get new tires and have 255/65R/16's on it. I was thinking about 2" overall but have yet to find a lift kit for this vehicle. What do you think? |
