hey i have a 93 del sol auto and i had a d16z6 and i pulled it out and i bought a b16a2, i have it in with one motor mount in the right spot and the other mounts are about an 1/8 of an inch off. i was told this motor would drop right in. was i told the right thing or do i need to do something to make it work?

The motor drops right in if you've got a manual. The motor mount above the transmission on the automatic sits a bit higher than the manual mount. You need to get the B-series mounts anyway to hold the motor. Go get the B-series mounts and you'll need to remove the mount over the transmission and weld on the proper B-series transmission mount.
There's someone over on the Team Del Sol forum doing this very same swap on his automatic Del Sol. You may want to register there and go check it out for some additional information.
