I need help

I am new to the import world, I am I die hard muscle car guy but i needed a commuter and I broke down and bought a 91 crx hf. Now i know I need a little more umph out of it, I was thinking about a motor swap that is cheap so I am thinking about a D15B SOHC VTEC. i know dohc vtech's are faster but they are 2 to 3 times as much as this. What do I need to do to put it in my crx? What can i do to get about 160hp out of it? Stock its rated at 130 so i think 30 more isnt that much. But hell what do I know? If I put better springs in it and new valves if need be and a cnew comp. could I pull 9000rpm out of it? My friend has a 92 hatch back with a b18 in it, bone stock running 12.8's and shifting it at around 9 g. His car is gutted and weighs with him in it 1804. I want more power but on a very limited budget as I dont have a job. Any help would be greatly app. thanks

lol yes get a job....first off if ur short on cash(we all are) see about finding a SI tranny and toss the gas saving HF gearbox. second....the motor will only perform as good as the money spent on it(unless your capable of doing most work yourself)
