Paint Spots On Hood.....Suggestions?

Just bought a 1998 Buick LeSabre for the wife to drive. This is a beautiful, low mileage car. A real cream puff. The car is white.
It is basically flawless, except across the hood it has 7 or 8 small brown paint spots.
It appears as if the previous owner perhaps shook a paint brush too close to the car and 7 or 8 small paint drops splattered on it. They probably didn't notice it until the drops had dried.
Now that I own it I want to remove those paint drops from the hood. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on how I can get those drops off of the hood. Thanks.

Regards,
-Ward

Ward, go with the clay treatment first, if theres no luck with that, try 3M tar and adhesive remover, it may soften it up for you.....
