626 hesates in 1st and 2nd

My '97 mazda 626 hesates (shakes a little)when you put it 1st and 2nd can anybody help!! It just started this yesterday.

try spark plugs and wires disributer and rotor pcv valve and filter on intake clean fuel injectors with b-12
