Air Filter on '00 Caravan

I just started doing my own oil and filter changes on this Caravan and I can't get the breather box open to replace the air filter. Any tricks?

If your Caravan is like mine, 98 Caravan Sport, it's not in the breather box, you have to remove that to get to the air filter. Unbolt the breather box and disconnect the air hoses at 2 points and you'll be able to see the air filter housing below it. Loosen the 2 snap links and you'll be able to open it to get to the filter. I think most shops usally reach them from below where there more accessable when on a hoist.

Good luck!
