So, I finally made it to Grand Forks Air Force Base in North Dakota. It is actually not that bad here exept that the high temp here is 4 degrees F.
But, we're drunk so it seems warmer. Anyone else having a shiity winter sitution?

You & me both... I've been here since '95 & hated every day of the winter season's since. Though it hasn't been really bad here since the winter of '96/97 when we were hit with 8 blizzards & one nasty ice storm (that resulted in the infamous floods here). Yeah...that sucked...

Re: I'm finaly 'home'

I HATE GRAND FORKS NORTH DAKOTA!!! (no offense if you live there)...but I was there last March for the Division II Swimming and Diving Meet. My god, we were sooooo bored. There is was nothing to do. We went to some club on the last night, but it closed at like 12 or 1 or something like that. Im used to clubs being open till like 4 or 5 in the morning. We were like, uhhh, what do we do now? So we called some friends from the University of Tampa who were across town and they picked us up and we drove around and chilled, but damn, that place is FLAT as all hell.

the good thing is that the cold is only cold to your skin. Like, it doesn't freeze you whole body, just you skin becomes ice.
