A swap just isn't the same without a pic of someone in the engine compartment

Re: Some Pictures...

Damn what happend to your hood? (back of flinstone power) Hopfully i'll have my ECU this week and start my swap this weekend. I hope to do it in no more than 3 days. A guy I know has done it to 3 of his cars, so it shouldn't be that hard. Good luck with yours and keep them pics coming.

Well, while my mom and my little brother were towing the car home, my little brother ended up letting the car slam into the back of my mom's truck (they were using a tow rope, and my brother was working the steering and the breaks in the Civic)... so a lot of the front end of the car got SMASHED in... I've pulled back out the headlights and radiator supports and all that... I just haven't taken time to work on the hood, cause I'm dreaming of a carbon fiber hood to replace it.
As for the engine bay being sooooooo dirty... it will all get cleaned eventually. I still have to repaint the whole car anyways (thinking Superior Blue Metallic).
The rest of the swap is still going to be coming along very slowly because I still do work full time... plus, it's the holiday season, so coming by extra cash will be tough too until after the 1st of next year.
I'm hoping to take off a week or two in February and work straight through on the car until it's finished... but I may wait to do that until my tax return gets back and I have some 'extra' money to play with. (expecting a nice fat check this year)

By the way... the headlights, corner lenses, and headlight brackets were ruined as well, when my brother hit my mom's truck... if I'm not mistaken, the 88-91 projectors come with CRX mounting brackets, right? So instead of trying to find some Civic headlight brackets to fit in my car, can't I just use the CRX brackets and get some CRX corners to use with the projectors, instead of the Civic corners?

Yes, but you'll have to get some CRX fenders in order for them to work...

I might have some '90-91 headlight brackets layin' around... If you need 'em let me know...
