Re: what do u bet on?

If they're both stock, the Accord would eat the Prelude.

Re: what do u bet on?

I bet neither of them go very fast when the drivers get their liscences pulled for street racing. J/K

I'll go with the Prelude.

Re: what do u bet on?

The new v6 six speed will murder the prelude. It runs mid 14s while the prelude top model runs lowish midish 15s.

Re: what do u bet on?

REPETITION:
VTECH incorrect (unless your talking about a vtech phone with wheels)
VTEC variable valve timing and electronic lift control

I thought it was i-vtec that had the varaible valve timing, which it added to fight toyota's vvt-i...plain vtec was just the staged cam lift i THINK....i-vtec is much newer...nothing pre-2000 or so had it-all vtec then was plain...MAYBE im wrong...someone correct me if i am

Re: what do u bet on?

I-Vtec changes cam timing or something like that, it has something to do with the intake cam's cam-gear. VTEC has the variable vale timing too, that's why it's called VTEC

No VTEC (i-VTEC, E-VTEC, etc...) compares to the original 3-stage VTEC of Integras and 6th gen Civic Si's and you could say VTEC Del Sol's as well.

Wowzers! Good points there. But in my post I was refering to VTEC which only refers to Honda as they are the ones that own the rights to the VTEC system. I was just speaking for Hondas specifically.
