95civic hb/b18c1 V.S 95civic hb si/75shot n2o

well once again i went all over hell trying to find some people to race and after about an hour i found a new celica gt-s on mainstreet two cities over from where i live, he revved up at a light and i didnt race cuz there was too many ppl around and couldnt tell if there was a cop anywhere, so i rolled down my window and asked him where he was going and he said to ogden, so i said alright ill follow you on the highway and we'll go slow tell we can cetch a light to race at. so we both jumped on the highway and there was no cars behind us so we downshifted at 35-40 witch wasnt to good for me cuz my 1st gear ends at 35 and so i had to downshift at the beggining of 2nd gear and my v-tec wasnt even engaged yet so he got almost 2 cars inhead when my v-tec engaged and the second i hit 3rd gear(65mph) i was right next to him and and was a good 3 cars inhead of him when i reached 4th(90mph) and then i let off. and he said lets try it at a light now, so we went hella slow and cought the next red light. he knew i was faster and asked me to give him a head start. so when the light turned green he launched and i waited tell he was about 30yards inhead and i launched and past him up at 75mph. the end, by the way he had a v2 something intake i think its aem who makes that where it gets a half inch wider in the middle, and a greddy catback exhaust only.
then i went home still in a racing mood, and called up my friend of a friend who just installed a 75shot of zex on his 95 civic hb si with i/h/e gude intake manifold, ignition. Hes prpbably pushing about 125whp w/out n2o and i got 188whp so i thought it would be a pretty good match up. so i went over to his house and theres a good 1/2ml road behind his house so we went back there and got ready to race he turned on his n20 as i turned on my radio he had his zex hooked up to engauge at full throttle. we both launched at the same time and i gained a half car through first and once i hit second he was a little closer than a half car untill about 7500 to redline(8500) when i gained almost a full car
i still had a good lead at the beggining of 3rd(65) until ab0ut(80) when he slowly passed me up and then held a half car on me till 4th and i could tell i was starting to cetch up slowly and would have past him at about 100mph but in a 1/4 ml. he would win. fun race though, the closest ive had in a long time!! i asked him to jump on the highway and downshift with me, but he said he had shit to do. P.S never move to utah the elavation is 4750above sea and theres never anyone to race and the track is only open in summer(april18 to sep19)5months!!!
