Question what is this part?

I was moving through the posts for turbo's etc. somebody posted a part that lets you mount the sender line for oil-to-turbo striaght off where the oil filter mounts. what company makes the part or what is it called. If i could find the post I wouldnt ask the question. Is this better or worse than tapping the block?
