H22a OBD 1 and 2 issues

Hey, I am going to swap a H22a into my 2001 accord, the engine in it already is OBD 2 but i'm having a hard time finding an OBD 2 H22a. If it comes with all the sensors, the harness and ECU, does it matter if I swap it in? (I live in Canada where emissions are never ever tested) And is there a difference between how i would have to go about mounting it?
