help please

please read entire before saying "this site is for corvettes" my dad has a 66 caprice coupe with a 350ci out of either a 69 or 70 camaro or CORVETTE,(see there it is) , it was just rebuilt but carbis missing a bunch of stuff, should he rebuild this carb or get new one and if so what type and cfm would work well? if you want to see some of his car go to
